1:1 Training
Toryn is a Canfitpro certified personal trainer and can provide a full-service training program based on your body and personal fitness goals. This option is best for people looking for physical assessments and measurements that will guide your program design toward short- and long-term strength, flexibility, and endurance goals.

Pairs & Group Training
Pairs & Small Group Training: Toryn offers pairs and small group fitness training based on your interests and goals. Incorporating music and movement, this option is best for people looking to get into a regular fitness routine with friends in a fun and upbeat environment. Outdoor training options are available to pairs and small groups, weather depending.
Large Group Training: To book conditioning classes for large groups, a studio rental must be secured that will accommodate the size of your group. Specialty workshops can also be designed and delivered to meet your needs. Please contact me if you are interested in booking a workshop or conditioning class for your studio/group.

Dance Fitness
Beginner Dance Fitness: Toryn offers beginner dance training for adults who are interested in learning the fundamental movements and vocabulary for ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theatre disciplines. This option is best for people interested in building their skills for dance and theatre performance at a volunteer or recreational level.
Advanced Dance Fitness: Toryn offers dance conditioning for experienced artists who are interested in strength, flexibility, and endurance training for ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theatre disciplines. Toryn incorporates elements of PBT and PCT in her advanced dance training classes. This option is best for people interested in refining their skills for dance and theatre performance at an advanced, pre-professional, or professional level.

Choreography
Toryn is available for choreography bookings for projects, performances, and competitions in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theatre disciplines. Please get in touch with your project details and timeline and we will book as available.

Rates and Availabilty
Please note that training packages are available to those who are committed to train no less than 2x per week, see details below:
1-1 Fitness Training OR Strength and Conditioning for Dance/Theatre Performance:
Single Sessions @ $45/hr
Eight Sessions @ $40/hr = $320 (2 sessions per week for 4 weeks)
Twelve Sessions @ $35/hr = $420 (3 sessions per week for 4 weeks)
Private Dance Lessons/Choreography: This price point includes choreography, rehearsals, and cleaning
Single Sessions @$50/hr
Eight Sessions @ $45/hr = $360 (2 sessions per week for 4 weeks)
Twelve Sessions @ $40/hr = $480 (3 sessions per week for 4 weeks)
Monthly Pairs/Group Fitness & Dance:
1.5 Hour Weekly Class— $95/person/mo ($23.75/person/class)
1.25 Hour Weekly Class— $85/person/mo ($21.25/person/class)
1 Hour Weekly Class— $75/person/mo ($18.75/person/class)
